Do you ever just move intuitively?

As part of the investigation into my suddenly and painfully tight adductors, I’m spending 15 minutes after each weightlifting session exploring end range.

Some of this is the Gyrotonic Method. The trademarked stuff that I have spent thousands of hours (and tens of thousands of dollars) studying.

And some of this is just leaning into sensation & exploring my limits on that day.
