Enjoy this flare to back flag! 

Prerequisites:

1. Be sure you have your Flare on Silks setup and technique down pat. Make sure you can do the flare with a split grip (1 arm high and the other in front of your face). 

2. Have comfort in a black flag (also known as side planche) position, even if you cannot release the other arm overhead.
