Skin-the-Cat Knee Drop

This is a very dramatic yet fairly simple little drop you can do from a skin-the-cat split.

Prerequisites: It requires a bit of shoulder extension, so make sure you have a solid skin the cat that you can exit out of, as well as a comfortable knee hang. And of course, you’ll need a secure skin-the-cat split.
