Coil Roll

I love coil rolls. I initially learned this rotation called an "open star" drop. But it's not exactly a drop. Nor is it necessarily in a star position. Later I learned single coil roll ups. So if it's a coil roll up, shouldn't it also be a coil down down? I'm sticking with it.

In coil rolls, you are simply rolling down (or up!) a rope or fabric wrapped around your waist. Simple yet not so simple. Here I am only looking at the down rotation and the technique to slow the rotation and fight gravity. You look like a fighter.

This skill works just the same on fabric but the thickness can be a little more difficult to grab.
