Pop to Sacrum Hang & Back Balance



When I started researching this skill for this tutorial, I realized that so many folks were struggling with it. People who I assumed were birthed with this skill were posting their triumphs well into their professional careers. I breathed a sigh of relief. Because, dear Parishioners, I have yet to get that clean pull without some sort of "cheat."

But the struggle I have faced is your gain because it has been accompanied by a lot of trial and error and attained knowledge about what needs to happen and when. And a recognition that this skill is a lot harder when you have more junk in the trunk (your pull becomes more of a push/pull) and longer arms (you have to pull longer and farther to reach your back). These arms are also killing my press handstand, but that's a conversation for another day.
