Baseball Grip Beat to Front Balance

I learned the term "baseball grip" back in the day from Allie Cooper. It means that a hand grips in front of the rope rather than behind, like a baseball catcher holding a mitt in front of their face. Maybe. Or not. Perhaps I made that last part up.

Regardless, here's the skill! Be sure to keep it low until your switcheroo is clean enough to catch in front balance, so you don't smash your fingers or risk an ankle injury.
